Practice Policies
Pool & Supervision Rules
All pool rules apply to swim team members at all times and are in place to maintain a safe environment for everyone.
- Only swim team members and their parents/guardians may be inside the pool area before the pool officially opens or after it closes.
- Swimmers age 10 & under must have a parent, guardian, or designated supervising adult present at the pool during practices.
- Coaches are responsible for swimmers only during scheduled practice times and are not able to supervise children before or after practice.
- No recreational swimming is allowed before or after practice hours, including in the baby pool, unless the pool is officially open and lifeguards are on duty.

Attendance & Conduct
- Swimmers should arrive on time for practices and meet warm-ups.
- Swimmers are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, teammates, volunteers, officials, and other teams at all times.
Disruptive behavior — including profanity, unsportsmanlike conduct, refusal to participate, or lack of cooperation — may result in dismissal from practice and/or swim meets.
