The following email contains important information about the TSA Championship Meet, which will be held on Sunday, July 19th at Triangle Aquatic Center (TAC). This is the final meet opportunity for the 2026 summer swim season!

About the TSA Championship Meet
This meet is open to all swimmers who can safely complete the required distance (6U must be able to swim 25 yards). The meet is held indoors in a world-class facility and is a great introduction to year-round swimming. If you're considering year-round swimming - or if you just want the opportunity to race in a completely different environment - this is a great meet to try.

Note for Year-Round Swimmers
This meet conflicts with the AG Champs meet in Greensboro. If you've qualified for AG Champs, please check your schedule carefully before committing to TSA Champs.

Cost
The cost is $6 per individual event, payable via SwimTopia, cash, or check. The team will cover the athlete surcharge and any relay entry fees, if relays can be formed.

How to Sign Up
To register for the TSA Championship Meet, please email Coach Evan at [email protected] with your swimmer's requested events. If you're unsure which events to enter, Coach Evan is happy to make recommendations based on your swimmer's progress this season. The deadline to sign up for this meet is Tuesday, July 7th, at MIDNIGHT. Payments must be received by NOON on Wednesday, July 8th.

Event Limits

• Swimmers ages 7 & up: Up to 3 individual events
• 6 & Under swimmers: Up to 2 individual events
• Unlike Cary City Meet, 6U swimmers may swim breaststroke at this meet.

Meet Structure
The meet is divided into four sessions. Approximate session start times are listed below:

• Session 1: 8 & Under – 8:00 AM
• Session 2: 9/10 – 11:30 AM
• Session 3: 11/12 – 2:30 PM
• Session 4: 13 & Over – 5:45 PM

Deck Restrictions
Deck access is limited to swimmers, coaches, and volunteers only. Coach Evan will meet swimmers outside the facility and escort them onto the pool deck. Parents are encouraged to volunteer or may watch the meet from the spectator stands. The meet will also be streamed live on TAC TV at no charge. Volunteer credits are available - just email me!!!
