Hi Porpoises!

This email contains information on practices for the remainder of the season, along with information about our final dual meet at Kitts Creek on Tuesday, July 15th.

Practice Schedule: 
Practices will be held according to the normal schedule today (Monday) & Wednesday. As always, there is no practice on Tuesday due to the meet. Thursday & Friday mornings, we will be holding normal morning practices which are open to all swimmers. Thursday & Friday afternoons we will be holding modified practice schedules only for those attending TSA Champs. TSA Champs marks the end of our season, so there are no practices after Friday of this week. 

Thursday & Friday afternoon practice schedule (TSA Champs participants only):
13+: 4-5:00
11-12: 5:00-6:00 
8 & under: 6:00-6:45
9-10: 6:45-7:30

TSA Championship Meet: 
We should be getting more information about the TSA Championship early this week. We will send a separate email to TSA Champs participants.

End of Season Party:
The end-of-season party will be held on Thursday, July 24th. More details to come, but please RSVP here: https://parkvillage.swimtopia.com/swim_meets. Please add non-swimming siblings and family members not listed as guests.

Kitts Creek Meet Information: 
This week we travel north on Davis Drive to Kitts Creek for our final dual meet of the season. Here's what you need to know!

Arrival & Parking: 
The Kitts Creek pool is located at 6333 Kit Creek Rd, Morrisville, NC. Parking is limited at the clubhouse, but there is overflow parking up the street by the gazebo. Parking is not allowed on the street by the pool, but they do have street parking throughout the neighborhood. See attached screenshot. Please pay attention to the "No Parking" signs. Swimmers should arrive between 5-5:10 and check-in with swimmer check-in. Our team's base for the evening will be the left side of the pool as you enter the pool deck (marked as Visiting Team in the attached screenshot). Please consider bringing extra chairs. 

Volunteers:
We are going to be tight on volunteers at this meet. If you're willing to be a floater on meet day, please reach out to me. There will be a pre-meet briefing for meet officials (order of finish, clerk, timers, s&t, tsa rep, etc) at 5:45. 

No Lights:
Kitts Creek does not have lights, so the meet needs to end around 8:30. Depending on how many participants there are, we may have to cut exhibition heats for breaststroke and/or butterfly to end on time.

Concessions:
Kitts Creek has a more elaborate concessions menu than most! See attached flier for menu & prices. Cash & cards accepted.
