Tuesday July 18 – Home Meet with TCC

What you need to know (our last meet of the season):

Swimmer Check In – by 4:45pm. Please be sure you check in at the PV Swim Team Table to get marked for the meet. If you have not received your t-shirt/swim cap, please check with the volunteers. We have a few additional shirts that will be available for purchase ($20 each - limited sizes)

• Park Village will have warm up from 5:00-5:30 pm. The pool will be available for TCC to warm up from 5:30-6:00 pm.
• Swim Meet will start at 6:00 pm

Volunteer Roles – Volunteer Check In at 4:30 pm (for Swimmer and Volunteer Check in) Other Volunteer Roles please check in between 5 pm - 5:30 pm. Timer and Place Judge meeting will be at 5:40 pm. 

• You have been amazing volunteers this season, we still have a few gaps for tomorrow night, if you have additional time to help!   Volunteer Sign Up
• Graphic Design/Digitize Logo - We are looking for some help with our Logo, so if you have skills in this department, please reply so we can connect with the requests!
• Party Planning - if you have interest in being part of the End Of Season Party team, we need help!  Please reply that you have some time!   More details to come!

LOCATION: HOME MEET – please remember to leave parking for the visiting team, and only park on the POOL SIDE of Park Village Drive.

• Home Team Set up is along the gate (next to the pond) and near the announcer deck. Please leave the far side of the pool available for the home team set up.

CONCESSIONS: Will be available in the clubhouse for purchase – Pizza, snacks, water, Gatorade, Cash and Venmo accepted.

• If you would like to pre-order pizza, please complete this form by 12pm Tuesday. You will pay for your pizza at the concession stand. Each Full Pizza is $16.

TIMING: We will be using the Dolphin Timing System, and your swimmers times will be uploaded after the meet. Please check Swimtopia for the information.

HEAT SHEET INFORMATION: You can download the Swimtopia App, and be up to date with the race information for your swimmer. You can also upgrade and have live updates during the meet. Heat Sheets will be available tomorrow once complete.
