Hi Park Village Families!

This is an open invitation for our Park Village Swim Team to compete in the TSA Championship Meet – July 22^nd. Here is what you need to know:

• You do not have to participate, but if your swimmer/s is/are interested, they do need Coach approval to register for events (just ask, Evan will let you know what he recommends). We welcome anyone that wants to experience this fun event!
• Additional Fees apply to participate (will be paid through Swimtopia)
• See Information Packet for event count limits on swimmer participation.
• Individual Fees: $6.00 per individual event
• Relay Fee: $10.00 per relay event ($2.50 per Swimmer)
• PVST will cover the "per swimmer" fee for swimmers that register to participate ($10)
• REGISTRATION (Deadline is July 17, 2023)
• Every SWIMMER/PARENT SHOULD review and electronically sign the Meet Waiver: Link to Waiver

The tentative schedule for the meet follows. Please note that the schedule lists approximate start and end times and is subject to change based on final number of entries, weather, technical difficulties, etc.

Morning Session (10&Unders)
10 and under Warm-Up: 7:30 – 8:15 a.m.
10 and under Start Time: 8:30 a.m.

Afternoon Session (11&Ups)
11 and older Warm-Up: Not Before 12:30 p.m. (to be announced)
11 and older Start Time: Not before 1:30 p.m. (to be announced)
