Tuesday June 26 – Home Meet with Harmony Hammerheads

What you need to know:

Swimmer Check In – by 4:45pm. Please be sure you check in at the PV Swim Team Table to get marked for the meet. If you have not received your t-shirt/swim cap, please check with the volunteers. We have a few additional shirts that will be available for purchase ($20 each - limited sizes)

• Park Village will have warm up from 5:00-5:30 pm. The pool will be available for the Harmony Hammerheads to warm up from 5:30-6:00 pm.
• Swim Meet will start at 6:00 pm

Volunteer Roles – Volunteer Check In at 4:30 pm (for Swimmer and Volunteer Check in) Other Volunteer Roles please check in between 5 pm - 5:30 pm. Timer and Place Judge meeting will be at 5:40 pm. There are a few roles out there that need filled. If you can step in and support, that would be very helpful. Volunteer Sign Up

• Volunteer roles are required for 3 meets (plus the mock meet) – 4 total if possible per family. If your swimmer is not in the meet, we do not expect you to volunteer (unless you want to join us). We will have additional roles available if you need something outside of the meet (ie. Planning the End Of Season Party)

LOCATION: HOME MEET – please remember to leave parking for the visiting team, and only park on the POOL SIDE of Park Village Drive.

• Home Team Set up is along the gate (next to the pond) and near the announcer deck. Please leave the far side of the pool available for the home team set up.

CONCESSIONS: Will be available in the clubhouse for purchase – Pizza, snacks, water, Gatorade, Cash and Venmo accepted.

• If you would like to pre-order pizza, please complete this form by 12pm Tuesday. You will pay for your pizza at the concession stand. Each Full Pizza is $16.

TIMING: We will be using the Dolphin Timing System, and your swimmers times will be uploaded after the meet. Please check Swimtopia for the information.

HEAT SHEET INFORMATION: You can download the Swimtopia App, and be up to date with the race information for your swimmer. You can also upgrade and have live updates during the meet. Heat Sheets will be available tomorrow once complete.
