Hi Parents –

Welcome to the first Meet (Mock Meet) of the season. Here are a few things to remember for Tuesday (June 6).

*If your swimmer is not able to make the meet tomorrow, please let us know so we can update the roster. 

• Please arrive by 4:45pm to get prepared.
  • Shirts and Swim Caps will be available for pick up
  • Team Picture will be taken.
  • Additional Shirts/Tank Tops (all limited sizes) will be available for purchase ($20 each)
• CHECK IN –
  • Swimmers: there will be a check in table to register your swimmer and get marked for the meet.
  • Volunteer/Parent: Please check in at the table to get your assignment and any equipment needed for your role.
  • If you are unsure of a volunteer role, please let us know, and we can get you set up at the meet. It takes many hands to make these events run!
• Parents – bring your Chairs, most pool chairs/loungers will be used for the meet or unavailable to sit on.
  • Reminder to park in designated spots in the Clubhouse lot, or on the side of the street - that the pool is on.  Do not park on the opposite side of the street, due to Emergency Vehicle Access (TOC requirements).  
• CONCESSIONS – will be available in the club house, cash accepted and Venmo Offering hot pizza, drinks, snacks, and candy.
