Hi Parents –

The start of the season is just a few days away (weather permitting)!

Practice Schedule is listed below. The pool will open to the neighborhood on Saturday May 27. We will start practice on Monday May 29^th. We know everyone has varied schedules, so please make what practices you can. We have 1 week before our Mock Meet (June 6), so it will be crunch time.

MONDAY - FRIDAY

VOLUNTEER POSITIONS and TRAININGS:

• Stroke and Turn Judges – we will need 1-2 stroke and turn judges at each meet. This requires training and there are a few ways to get this. Please see the information on this page. Please let [email protected] know if you are completing this. This role cannot be done at a meet without training.
• Concessions Lead – We are looking for someone (or a team) to lead our concessions. This will be planning the items to sell, ordering/working with the board for supplies, and organizing the volunteers at the event. Let us know if you can help ([email protected])
• Registering for Meet Volunteer Positions – Running meets takes all the support from all parents/volunteers. You can register for positions by clicking on the meets and choosing the roles you would like (all meets are posted). Please let us know if you have any questions.

SWIM SUIT EXCHANGE:

If you have past team suits sitting around that are in great condition, and you would like to swap/donate, please complete this FORM and follow instructions. Great way to reuse suits that maybe in great condition (along with kids growing so fast!)

JR COACHES:

If your swimmer would like to be included in with the JR Coaching program, please complete the FORM with information.

SPONSORS:

We are still looking for sponsors, so if you have a company that would be interested, we have ranges from $200 - $1000. This will help support our coaching staff!
