Hi Everyone -

Last chance to order shirts - please respond if you are interested.   This is not for your swimmer, as they will receive one with their Team Registration. 

We would like to provide you the opportunity to purchase additional shirts for your family to support the swim team spirit! If you are interested, please complete the form with your requested size and count.

Orders must be submitted by Tuesday 5/16 by 8pm in order to be processed.

Shirts are $20 each payable by check to Park Village Swim Team. A sample shirt can be seen on the registration form, that will have the Park Village Swim Team logo on the front. All registered swimmers will receive this shirt.
